Return Process

1. Initiate your return via the return button on our website.

2. Pack your items carefully and securely in the original packaging or another suitable box.

3. Attach the return label to the package (make sure any old labels are removed or covered).

4. Drop off the package at a parcel point corresponding to the carrier on your return label.

5. Keep the shipping receipt until your return has been fully processed.

Please note: We are not responsible for missing return shipments.

If a returned or exchanged item does not meet our return policy, it will be refused and sent back to the customer.

At Enfusion Shop, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt, either in one of our physical stores or via a return shipment.

Costs

When returning a product, you will receive a full refund of your order amount. Only a portion of the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. The cost for a return shipment is €6.95, of which €2.95 will be deducted from your refund. Returns are always at your own risk.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Enfusion Shop with all supplied accessories and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return, provided it is in good condition.
